About Us
As a seasoned counsellor and psychotherapist with over 20 years experience, Orla O’Dowd has had the privilege of working with others from diverse backgrounds, supporting them through challenging times. Her expertise in private practice & the health sector, spans a range of mental health needs, trauma, grief & loss and other complex issues. She has also worked in the corporate sector in providing onsite workplace support through employment assistance programs.
Orla strives to provide a safe and nonjudgemental space at The Counselling Studio Online, where her clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts and emotions. Her goal is to empower individuals to build resilience, develop coping strategies, and work through challenging experiences.
